Design T.O.S:
- You must own a TH account to purchase my designs or customs
- You must keep me credited and credited properly on my adopts and customs
- You may not resell a design that was traded to you from me unless worth has been added
- Changes to designs must be checked by me
- Minor changes to designs are allowed as long as the OG design stays on TH and viewable
- You may not hide my designs from me on TH
- Commercial use is NO longer allowed on my designs
- If you trade a design after purchasing from me, the design is still worth the purchased amount and may be sold for that amount
- You may sell my designs that you obtained in a trade but not for more than its previous worth unless art has been added.
- You may not upload my designs to IMVU, SL or VR chat as a skin (this does not include personal use)
- If you violate my T.O.S you will be black listed
- DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK--- Regarding Auction T.O.S ---
- You MUST have a TH to participate in auctions and giveaways
- I will not do a payment plan for you unless bids go above $100
- If you do a payment plan you will not receive a refund if you cannot pay the rest
-Down payments are non refundable
- I will not hold designs that are being auctioned unless AB'd with down payment
- Do not bid if you cannot pay within 24hrs after the auction ends
- Do not back out of my auctions
- You may not sell auctioned designs for more than what you paid for unless value is added
- Payment for auctions are through paypal and cashapp only
Commission T.O.S:
- TAT is 1-2 months unless stated otherwise
- Do not claim my art as your own
- Do not trace my art or reference my art for any purpose
- I take full payment before I start any work
- I will only make 3 changes before I charge extra for the work
- My art will come watermarked, DO NOT REMOVE MY WATERMARK
- I will not refund you the full price if I have started on the art piece
- I have the right to use any work I did for future pieces if a refund is issued
- Customers that are rude or make me uncomfortable will receive a partial refund that is dependent on how far along the piece is, any work completed will be given to the customer and no further contact will be permitted.
- I will work at my own pace and will not tolerate impatient customers
- I reserve the right to use all commissions as advertisement
- ID will be necessary for NSFW Commissions
